I Can't See My Guest Notes

Some browsers have strict cookie policies that will prevent you from signing into PageProofer so you can see the guest notes you have left. Don't worry, there is an easy fix.

The first thing to check is that you are signed into PageProofer. Go to https://app.pageproofer.com and make sure you are signed in. Once you are signed in you will see a list of the websites you have left feedback on. Click on one of the site cards to go to the website.

If you are on a page that you have left feedback on, the 'Feedback' button in the lower corner will have a red number indicator, showing that you have left feedback on that particular page. Click the 'Feedback' button to open the PageProofer and see the feedback you have left. If you are on a page that you have not left feedback on you will see the 'Feedback' button without the red number indicator.

After you click the 'Feedback' button, if you are signed into PageProofer the feedback popup will have a list of options, the last option will say 'See the feedback you have left on this page'. If you are not signed into PageProofer you will not see that option.

If you don't see that last option check your privacy/cookie settings using the guide below for the browser you are in.

Safari OSX

Open the Safari preferences (Safari/Preferences) and click the Privacy tab. Uncheck the 'Prevent cross-site tracking' option. For older versions of Safari change the 'cookies and website data' option to 'Allow from websites I visit'. Refresh your browser window to sign in.

Safari iOS

Open Settings/Safari and then turn off the 'Block Cookies' and 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking' option. For older versions of iOS change the selected option to 'Allow from Websites I Visit'. Go back to Safari and refresh the browser to sign in.

Chrome/Edge

Open the Chrome preferences and click on the 'Privacy and Security' link on the left side of the screen.  Click on the 'Cookies and other site data' section in the center section. Make sure the 'Allow all cookies' is enabled (blue) and the  'Block 3rd party cookies' is disabled (gray or white).

FireFox

Open the Firefox preferences and click on the 'Privacy & Security' link on the left side of the screen.  Click on the 'Manage Permissions' button in the 'Cookies and Site Data' section. Add 'https://app.pageproofer.com' in the 'Address of website' and click on the 'Allow' button.

If those methods do not work or you are not able to change your cookie policies, goto https://pageproofer.com/help and click on the Chat icon in the lower corner.
